Please note that firearm orders that are canceled more than 24 hours after the order was placed will be subject to up to a 15% processing/cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped out, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed.

Accessories that are placed in the same order as firearms will ship directly to your billing address, and will not ship with the firearm to your dealer. If you wish to have your non-firearm order shipped to a different address, please checkout with those items in a separate order. The shipping and taxes work out to be the same, so it makes no difference to the total for the same items.

NOTE: You do not need an FFL dealer to purchase ammunition online in most cases. Ammunition can be shipped to your door via UPS Ground and an adult signature will be required upon delivery. Ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight due to shipping regulations.

Due to shipping regulations:

All ammunition will require an adult signature upon delivery.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammunition.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

We will not ship products to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and USPS P.O. Boxes.

We would strongly suggest insuring the package with the carrier and/or requiring a signature for delivery to ensure that the return is received.

INCORRECT LISTING/DESCRIPTION ERROR POLICY

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product listings, inadvertent errors may sometimes occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order and void the pending authorization due to an incorrect product listing.

If you received an incorrect accessory item due to an error in the product description, title, or specifications (which may occasionally occur), we will take full responsibility for the error. You agree to return the item(s) to us with a pre-paid return shipping label that we will send via e-mail, and a full refund will be provided when the item has been returned. The firearm return would apply to any firearm items.

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

We offer flat-rate shipping on firearms, accessories, and ammunition. Alaska and Hawaii may be excluded for some items.

Firearm Only Orders:

$14.95 flat-rate shipping per firearm.

Accessory Only Orders:

$8.99-$14.99 flat-rate shipping per order.

$14.95 per firearm on the order due to firearms being packaged and shipped separately. An additional shipping charge of up to $14.95 will be added to the order for accessories/ammunition.

Please note that some large orders of ammunition may have additional shipping costs and may not qualify for flat-rate shipping. We will contact you with an additional quote after the order is placed.

The shipping method used for the flat-rate option will be at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

The transfer process begins shortly after a gun order is placed. Firearm, muzzleloader, and optics (scopes, sights, etc) orders that are canceled more than 24 hours after being placed will be subject to a 15% Processing/Cancellation fee.

Once an order has already been invoiced and submitted to the warehouse for processing, or already shipped out, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed.
